Global Custodian magazine inducts industry legends into its Securities Services Hall of Fame

New York seminar and dinner the first event in the magazine’s yearlong 20th anniversary celebration

New York and London – On June 25, 2009, Global Custodian inducted its US-based legends into its Securities Services Hall of Fame, the first event to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the publication of the first issue of Global Custodian magazine in September 1989.

The Securities Services Hall of Fame Induction Dinner in New York City, and the preceding seminar, entitled, "Back to the Future: What the Past Can Tell Us About the Future of the Securities Services Industry," were sponsored by The Bank of New York Mellon, State Street and Brown Brothers Harriman.

The legends inducted into the Hall of Fame were drawn from global custody, sub-custody, central depositories, clearing houses, securities lending and financing, mutual fund administration, hedge fund administration, private equity fund administration and prime brokerage.
